Terms of Use
These terms govern use of perpfuse.com, its dashboards, charts, market research and API. Read them together with the Privacy Policy before creating an account. Questions and complaints: .
1. What the service provides
perpfuse aggregates market information and provides analytical comparisons, filters, visualisations, estimates and research tools. We do not accept trading deposits, hold customer trading assets, transmit or execute orders, operate an exchange or manage portfolios. Any transaction takes place directly with the venue you independently choose. Never send us private keys, seed phrases or exchange trading credentials.
2. Eligibility and local restrictions
You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for checking whether access to the service and any products you research is lawful in your location. A translated interface, an instrument listing or a link does not establish that a derivative, exchange or prediction market is available or authorised where you live. Do not evade applicable restrictions, sanctions or access controls.
3. Information, not personalised advice
Content is general analytical information, not a personalised recommendation, an offer or solicitation to trade, or investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Rankings, alerts, quality scores and labels such as opportunity, market-neutral or hedged are research classifications, not suitability assessments or promises of safety. We do not assess your financial position, experience, objectives or capacity for loss. Make your own assessment and obtain qualified independent advice where needed.
4. Source data and availability
Prices, mark/index prices, funding, open interest, volumes and order books come from third parties and may be delayed, stale, incomplete, incorrectly mapped or unavailable. Exchanges may use different contract sizes, symbols, settlement currencies and calculation methods. Normalisation, currency conversion and aggregation can introduce error. Live labels, timestamps and quality indicators do not certify accuracy or completeness. Check the venue, contract specification, timestamp and available liquidity before acting; the service is not a substitute for an exchange order-entry system.
5. Estimates, history and simulations
Funding APR annualises an observed rate and assumes conditions that can change; it is not a promised yield. Forecast funding differs from actually settled funding. Net carry, execution costs, spread, slippage, break-even time and executable size depend on model assumptions and available depth. L1-based estimates cannot establish L2/VWAP execution. Backtests and historical results may reflect data gaps, selection bias and simplified assumptions about fees, fills, latency and rebalancing. Historical or hypothetical returns are not evidence of future performance; missing metrics are not zero risk.
6. Derivatives and market risks
Perpetual futures and other leveraged products can rapidly lose all committed capital; some products or venues can create losses beyond an initial deposit. Risks include liquidation, changing margin requirements and funding, gaps, thin liquidity, slippage, basis divergence, unequal fills across venues, fees and failed hedges. Additional risks include exchange insolvency, withdrawal freezes, stablecoin depegs, cyberattacks, smart-contract, oracle and bridge failures, forks and regulatory changes. Prediction markets add disputed outcomes and resolution-rule risk; tokenised assets may not confer ownership of the underlying asset. Hedging, arbitrage and market-neutral labels do not eliminate these risks.
7. External venues and commercial relationships
External venues set their own eligibility, fees, custody, execution and privacy rules. Their inclusion is not an endorsement, guarantee of solvency or confirmation of regulatory status. Some identified links may earn perpfuse referral compensation, which creates a commercial interest; review the disclosure near the link and the destination's terms. A commission is not evidence that a venue is suitable for you. External services remain responsible for their own actions; our own responsibilities under mandatory law are unaffected.
8. Account security and notifications
Provide accurate account information and protect your password, sessions and perpfuse API keys. Do not share accounts or use another person's credentials. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly and revoke exposed keys or sessions. You remain responsible for actions you authorise, without losing rights concerning unauthorised use that mandatory law grants. Email verification, recovery and notifications depend on available delivery services; when delivery is unavailable the interface will say so. Do not rely on an alert as a trading or risk-control system.
9. Permitted use and restrictions
You may use the service for lawful research within your plan and published API limits. Do not bypass authentication or paid access, overload infrastructure, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate submitted data, redistribute access credentials or resell protected datasets without permission. Applicable exceptions and third-party data licences remain in force. Your uploaded preferences and lists remain yours; you authorise processing needed to provide the requested features. We may restrict access to address abuse, security incidents, legal obligations or material breaches, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonably possible.
10. Plans, payments and cancellation
Only features shown as available are included in a plan. Displayed future features are not a commitment to deliver them by a particular date. Real online payment processing is currently disabled; viewing a plan does not create a charge or subscription. Before any paid purchase is enabled, the checkout must disclose the provider, price, taxes, period, renewal, cancellation and applicable refund or withdrawal terms. No automatic renewal arises solely from account registration. Mandatory consumer cancellation, refund and digital-service rights take precedence over any contrary wording.
11. Service limitations and legal rights
We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, a successful trade or protection from losses. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you bear risks of independent trading decisions and third-party market events. This is not a blanket release of our liability: nothing excludes obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights and liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other non-excludable harm. We do not impose a universal no-refund rule, mandatory arbitration or a waiver of statutory remedies through these terms.
12. Changes, closure and disputes
You can stop using the service and request account closure at ; data handling on closure is described in the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be identified by a new version and notified in the service; renewed agreement will be requested where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Contact us with the relevant dates and facts if you have a complaint. Applicable mandatory law and access to competent courts or supervisory authorities remain available. Translations aim to convey the same meaning; an English version does not override mandatory local-language or consumer protections.
