1. Scope and contact
perpfuse is the service name. This notice covers personal data associated with visitors, registered users, API access and support. Public market data is generally separate from account data, but your saved interests and usage can be associated with you. Use for questions, requests or suspected data misuse; do not include passwords or other secrets in a message.
2. Data we process
Depending on your use, records include email, account status and identifiers, password hashes, session and perpfuse API-key hashes, login/session times, browser user-agent and an abbreviated session IP address. Infrastructure can process the full IP address for connection handling and security. We also store preferences, watchlists, comparisons or saved views, alert conditions, plan and entitlement records, and support correspondence you send. Registration records include the versions and language of the terms and privacy notice and the time of acknowledgement. If payments are later enabled, billing references and subscription status may be stored; we do not collect card numbers through the current interface.
3. Why data is used
We use necessary data to create and secure accounts, maintain sessions, provide saved features and API access, apply entitlements and rate limits, prevent abuse, respond to requests and maintain evidence of agreements. Providing the required email and password is necessary for an account; optional lists and settings are your choice. General public market pages remain accessible without an account. Optional product analytics helps understand use and performance only when enabled by your browser choice.
4. Legal grounds and acknowledgement
Where relevant data-protection law requires a legal basis, account and requested-feature processing is based on performing the service agreement; fraud prevention, proportionate security and defending claims rely on legitimate interests where permitted; required records may rely on legal obligations. 5. Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies maintain sign-in and protect requests against forgery: cm_user_session and cm_user_csrf normally expire after 30 days; administrative cookies have a shorter session period. Signing out or revoking a session removes its validity. Local storage retains your selected theme, language, table columns, density, timezone, comparisons, watchlist and analytics choice until changed or cleared. These settings stay in that browser unless you deliberately save or synchronise an account feature. You can clear browser storage; blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in.
6. Optional analytics and partner links
Optional usage and performance analytics is off until enabled in the controls on this page. You can disable it here at any time; refusing it does not block core market research. When enabled, page paths, event names and performance/device categories may be sent to our service, and usage events can be associated with your signed-in account. Do not put secrets into URLs or submitted fields. When you actively follow a venue link, referral records may include venue, source page, asset, country-level information and your account ID if signed in. This is not anonymous simply because no name is requested. The destination operates its own privacy policy. With your permission, Google Analytics 4 (Google) also measures visits, navigation and device information using analytics cookies. Google receives technical connection data and may process it internationally. Advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Disabling optional analytics stops further Google Analytics collection in this browser.
8. International processing
Network routing, hosting and service providers can involve countries outside your residence, with different protections and public-authority access rules. The language of the site does not determine where data is processed. Requirements governing international transfers remain applicable; use of the website or acknowledgement of this notice is not consent to transfers without a valid legal basis. Contact us for information about the locations, recipients and safeguards relevant to your data.
9. Retention and account closure
Account and saved-feature data is retained while needed for the account or requested feature. On a closure or erasure request, retention is assessed by category: evidence of agreements, unresolved disputes, fraud/security investigations and any legally required billing records may need to remain for the applicable obligation or claim period. Session expiry is not the same as deletion of every related database or log record. Operational logs and backups have separate recovery and security purposes; copies are not promised to disappear instantly. We restrict retained data to its remaining purpose and can explain the applicable criteria in response to a request.
10. Security and sensitive information
The service uses HTTPS in public access, password hashing, protected session cookies, access controls and session revocation. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Never submit seed phrases, wallet private keys, exchange secrets, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. Notify if you suspect a breach; any legally required incident notification and cooperation duties remain in effect.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing and withdraw consent. Contact from the account email with a specific request. We may request proportionate evidence of identity, without asking for your password, and explain any lawful exception or refusal within applicable deadlines. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority or seek a judicial remedy. Market rankings do not by themselves make legal or similarly significant decisions about you; account restrictions may be reviewed through support.
12. Children and updates
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or above and is not designed to collect children's data. Contact us if you believe a minor has supplied personal data so that appropriate action can be taken. This policy carries a version identifier. Material changes to purposes, recipients or choices will be communicated through the service, with a fresh choice where legally required. A future feature mentioned here is not a statement that it is currently enabled.
